Audiobook Organizer is an independent software project operated by an individual developer based in mainland China. Questions about these terms should be sent to audiobookorganizer.support@gmail.com.

2. Pre-release status and pricing

The software is currently an internal 0.9.0 RC1 candidate, not an approved public release. No installation file, pre-order, reservation or checkout is offered on this site. The planned $9.99 USD one-time price is an indication of intent, not an offer to sell or an amount you can currently pay.

Final license scope, device allowances, delivery, taxes, update entitlement, support and refund terms will be provided before a purchase is available. No subscription, lifetime-update promise, trial entitlement or activation model is established by this page.

3. Lawful content and use

Only process audio and artwork that you own or are authorized to use. The application does not grant rights to third-party content. It does not download audiobooks from websites, remove DRM or authorize redistribution. Do not use this website or software in a way that infringes rights or breaks applicable law.

4. Product boundaries

Output is lossy AAC in an M4B container. Chapter, artwork and metadata presentation depends on your player. Speed depends on hardware and source files. Windows versions, devices, storage configurations and long-book playback have not all been certified. Keep backups of original files and test an output in your intended player.

Media on this site comes from the actual 0.8.0 test application. The silent demonstration uses generated test audio, not narrated customer content, and is not a conversion-speed or audio-quality guarantee.

5. Intellectual property and third-party components

The application is intended to be proprietary commercial software. Website publication does not grant a license to redistribute the application or product materials. Third-party components retain their own licenses and notices. Those rights, including rights under applicable open-source licenses, are not restricted by this page. Matching source and required notices for distributed components must accompany any eventual software distribution as required by their licenses.

We try to keep product information accurate, but pre-release details may change. The website is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access or suitability for every purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from reliance on this preview.
