No payments are being accepted.

Current policy

Because checkout is not active, there are no product purchases here to refund. The planned $9.99 USD one-time price is not a live purchase offer.

Before sales begin

A purchase-specific refund policy will be published before any payment is accepted. It will explain eligibility, how to request a refund and any relevant time limits. We have not established a money-back guarantee, refund deadline or payment provider processing time at this stage.

Nothing on this page removes mandatory consumer protections, statutory remedies or rights provided by applicable law. Any future payment provider may also have its own terms and dispute processes, which will be identified when applicable.

If you believe you were charged

Contact audiobookorganizer.support@gmail.com with the date, amount and transaction reference so the situation can be investigated. Do not send full card details, passwords or identity documents. This site currently has no authorized checkout, so we cannot assume a charge using a similar name came from this project.
