Privacy Policy
Local audio. Clear boundaries.
This policy covers the Audiobook Organizer product website, the current desktop candidate and email support. It describes the present pre-release service, not an unbuilt payment or account system.

1. Who to contact
This independent software project is operated by an individual developer based in mainland China under the product name Audiobook Organizer. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to audiobookorganizer.support@gmail.com. This is also the product support address.
2. Audio and desktop data
The current application processes audio and cover images locally. It has no audio upload, cloud conversion, automatic crash-report upload, telemetry service, customer login or payment integration.
Projects reference local source paths and can contain book metadata and a copy of the cover. Work folders hold prepared PCM audio and diagnostic records. Recovery files, recent-file history, short audio previews and rotating logs are stored locally; logs may contain filenames and paths. They are not sent to us automatically.
Removing a chapter does not delete its original audio. Uninstalling is not a promise to delete user-created projects, exports or local state. Review local files yourself before deleting them. Windows, your security software and any independent audiobook player have their own data practices.
3. Website requests
This is a static product website prepared for hosting on Cloudflare Pages. When it is served online, the hosting provider necessarily handles connection information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time to deliver and secure the site. The host may retain security and operational logs under its own policies. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
We have not added visitor analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting, signup forms, marketing cookies or browser storage to this website. Product screenshots and the demo video are served from the same website rather than embedded from a social or video platform. Hosting or browser security services can operate independently of our page code.
4. Email support
If you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond and investigate your request, not to add you to a marketing list. Email is handled through Gmail; Google processes it under its own service and privacy terms. Messages may contain personal or local file information, so share only what is necessary.
We keep support correspondence only as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain relevant support or security records, and meet legal obligations. There is no fixed automatic deletion schedule promised here. You may ask us to access, correct or delete correspondence; legal obligations and provider retention may limit what can be removed.
5. Purchases and payment information
No payment or checkout service is active on this site. We do not currently collect payment details or sell software here. If a payment provider is introduced, this policy will be updated before payments are accepted. No merchant or payout approval is implied.
6. Sharing, location and rights
We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. Hosting and email providers process data needed to supply their services; information may also have to be disclosed when legally required. Providers may process data in countries other than your own.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal information, or to complain to a relevant authority. Contact audiobookorganizer.support@gmail.com with a request. Do not send an identity document unless a necessary and secure verification method has been agreed.
7. Changes
Material changes to data handling, accounts, licensing or payment processing will be reflected in an updated policy and date. The current site offers no accounts, user uploads or content submission service.
